At Japonica Canada, we accept returns and issue store credits for unopened, non-hygienic items only. Please note that Clearance and Final Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For all other cases, please refer to the following return rules:

• Returns/exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Items purchased online must be returned by mail.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
• Japonica Canada is not responsible for the return shipping fee.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at admin@japonicacenter.ca. Be sure to include your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
