We offer same-day delivery within the GTA for all orders placed before 12:00pm. Customers are asked to specify a preferred 1-2 hour delivery window at checkout.
Delivery Fees:
• 1 pack of diapers – $9.99
• 2 packs of diapers – $4.99
• 3 or more packs – Free delivery
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery times and fees outside the GTA are based on the courier service and shipping destination.
Delivery Fees Across Canada (outside GTA):
1-2 packs of diapers: Canada Post shipping rates apply.
3 or more packs of diapers: Free Delivery.
Standard delivery estimates:
• Ontario & Quebec: 2-4 business days
• Other Provinces: 3-9 business days
• Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer than 9 business days
Final shipping charges will be communicated and invoiced to you after checkout based on order size, destination, and courier. Once shipping charges are paid, order will be sent out.
Oversized packages over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges depending on destination.
We ship via Japonica Canada Delivery and Canada Post. If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note at checkout or contact customer service at admin@japonicacenter.ca, but be advised that for GTA we only deliver with Japonica Canada Delivery services.
