Shipping Policy

GTA Area (Toronto & Surroundings)

Delivery Fees:

• 1 pack of diapers – $9.99
• 2 packs of diapers – $4.99
• 3 or more packs – Free delivery

Expected Delivery within 2-3 days, after placing your order.

Ontario (except GTA) & Canada

Delivery times and fees for Ontario (outside the GTA) and other regions in Canada are based on Canada Post shipping rates.

Standard delivery estimates:
• Ontario & Quebec: 2-4 business days
• Other Provinces: 3-9 business days
• Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer than 9 business days

Final shipping charges will be communicated and invoiced to you after checkout based on order size, destination, and courier. Once shipping charges are paid, order will be sent out.

Notes

Oversized packages over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges depending on destination.

We ship via Japonica Canada Delivery and Canada Post. If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note at checkout or contact customer service at admin@japonicacenter.ca, but be advised that for GTA we only deliver with Japonica Canada Delivery services.

International Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated and communicated to you after checkout based on your shipping address.
We are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or customs fees. Customers may be charged by the final carrier at delivery.
